Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president Ok. T. Rama Rao on Wednesday criticised the Congress authorities over the disruption brought on by the season’s first main spell of rain in Hyderabad, alleging insufficient pre-monsoon preparedness and neglect of precautionary measures normally undertaken forward of the monsoon.
