The official notification reads: “NEET-SS is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the only entrance examination for admission to varied DM/MCh and DrNB Tremendous Specialty programs, as per Part 61(2) of the Nationwide Medical Fee Act, 2019. No different entrance examination, both on the state or institutional stage, shall be legitimate for entry to DM/MCh/DrNB Tremendous Specialty programs, as per the Indian Medical Council (Modification) Act, 2016, w.e.f. the 2017 admission session.”
