United States Customs and Border Safety Chief Michael W. Banks on February 6 posted a video of deporting unlawful Indian migrants. The video was launched a day after a US army plane with 104 undocumented Indians dwelling Within the US landed at Sri Guru Ram Das Jee Worldwide Airport In Punjab’s Amritsar.
Taking to X, Banks shared a video of chained and handcuffed migrants getting deported again to India. Within the video, deportees had been being boarded on the US Air Power’s C-17 Globemaster plane.
He wrote, “USBP and companions efficiently returned unlawful aliens to India, marking the farthest deportation flight but utilizing army transport. This mission underscores our dedication to imposing immigration legal guidelines and guaranteeing swift removals.”
“If you happen to cross illegally, you can be eliminated,” he added.

Based on a report by News18,33 immigrants hailed from Gujarat and Haryana, three from Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, respectively, two from Chandigarh, and 30 from Punjab. Out of the 104 deportees, 13 had been minors, and 19 had been ladies.
The immigrants from Punjab had been despatched again to their native locations in police automobiles from the Amritsar airport.
