Unidentified individuals hurled a water-filled dustbin throughout eminent historian S. Irfan Habib’s speak at an occasion exterior Arts College in Delhi College’s North Campus on Thursday (February 12, 2026). Nobody was injured and no official grievance was filed, the police stated.
As Prof. Habib was addressing a big gathering exterior the Arts College, a part of ‘Samta Diwas’ or Folks’s Literature Competition organised by the DU unit of All India College students’ Affiliation (AISA), a dustbin full of water was hurled from behind the gate.
